The key factors for the project were a short payback period and the ability to gradually increase production. From the outset, we planned for cogeneration with electricity sales under the \u201cgreen\u201d tariff. UTC demonstrated the efficiency of its industrial reactors and proposed a transparent phased construction plan without the need for loans. The design and construction of Phase I (3.2 MW) were completed in less than 18 months. Thanks to the fact that a significant portion of the equipment was manufactured at UTC\u2019s production facility, the company received a 10% refund and a surcharge on the \u201cgreen\u201d tariff.
