Biogas plants

High-capacity reactors, 22 meters in height and diameter,
have a volume of 8,000 m³ and produce 1,350 m³ of biogas per hour. The payback period for this capacity is 3 years.
The green tariff rate has been increased to 136.3 EUR for    5 years. Guaranteed electricity sales offer unlimited prospects but create competition for raw materials.
Small biogas plants have no prospects for growth beyond their own waste supplies.

That is why, in biogas projects, we focus exclusively on results in the form of revenue and a strong market position.

The feedstock must be analyzed and tested to ensure that the preparation process facilitates consistently rapid fermentation and methanation. Blended feedstock requires more pre-project planning time but will provide greater flexibility.
We are building a biogas complex with cogeneration into electricity in 18 months. We are incorporating plans to scale up production by 2 to 4 times right from the start.

Biogas Production Technology

Sugar and starch are the main ingredients

Beet pulp, beet tops, beet tails, scraps and substandard fruits and vegetables, field residues, rot, animal feed, spoiled food, organic wastewater, and cattle manure—do not require hydrolysis and are easy-to-process feedstocks for biogas production.

Cellulose - Lignin

Straw, hay, wood shavings, paper, municipal sludge, organic solid waste, and poultry manure require hydrolysis, ensiling, removal of ammonium and volatile organic compounds, and nutrient balancing prior to fermentation.

“Turnkey” construction provides a full guarantee of the project’s successful implementation with minimal involvement on the part of the Client and full responsibility on the part of UTC for the quality of the construction work.

UTC integrates work under contracts with all providers of services and auxiliary equipment.

The single point of control for the project in UTC, as stipulated in the EPC contract, greatly contributes to maintaining a unified design concept for the plant, as well as ensuring the timely manufacture and delivery of equipment and materials.
