The combination of international experts, technologists, designers, engineers and work with 3D modeling in the team ensures that every detail of technological and technical tasks is taken into account: availability of raw materials, capacity, compactness of construction, time and the prospect of phased scaling.

Modeling the impact of input parameters on the technological process as a whole, a conscious choice of materials and components allows developing equipment layouts with the anticipation of various operational scenarios.

Manufacturing

At our own machine-building plant in Kozyatyn, we perform plasma cutting, stamping, welding, assembly and painting of industrial equipment made of corrosion-resistant, high-alloy, acid-resistant and heat-resistant metals, including titanium, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 318, AISI 321, carbon steels, copper and aluminum. We provide full responsibility for project results without the risks associated with subcontractors.

Manufacturing and installation of a three-stage still

Joining the Promill project, for the processing of distillers grains. The three-stage drying process is designed to evaporate 30–45 metric tons of water per hour and produce a homogeneous final product with a dry matter content of 90%.

1.6 MW Power Generation Line for the Teofipol Energy Company

The new heat generation line recovers heat from the exhaust gases of four cogeneration units and transfers the heat to six economizers using thermal oil.

The raw material feed line has been installed at the Klembov Power Plant

The line shreds, collects, and transports corn crop residues to the boiler furnace. The output size of the shredded straw is 10–60 mm. A unique pneumatic conveyor system divides the processed material into three separate streams.

Four beet pulp presses have been installed. The dry matter content at the inlet is 6 per cent; at the outlet, it is 24–28 per cent. The department’s capacity has been increased to 7,000 tonnes per day.
