Manufacturing and delivery of equipment
Design
UTC’s comprehensive approach to project implementation includes the design and manufacture of custom process equipment by its in-house design bureau.
The UTC 5 team’s combination of international experts, process engineers, designers, and engineers ensures that every detail is taken into account, along with optimal technological characteristics, with a view to achieving the planned volume of the final product as well as the structure of co-products.
UTC carries out design work for enterprises, individual workshops, and industrial and utility facilities using a CAD system that includes 3D modeling of objects, equipment layout, and simulation of how input parameters affect the technological process, and the production system as a whole, allowing us to anticipate operational situations under various scenarios.
The ability to select materials and components increases the number of options in terms of power, compactness, and implementation time.
Manufacturing
UTC handles manufacturing, assembly, and logistics services at its own production facility—the Koziatyn Experimental Machine-Building Division—which allows UTC, as the general contractor, to take full responsibility for project outcomes without the risks associated with selecting subcontractors.
KEMP specializes in the manufacture of equipment for wastewater treatment plants, as well as for ethanol, biogas, and bioethanol projects.
The plant’s state-of-the-art equipment enables it to perform plasma cutting, stamping, welding, assembly, and painting of equipment for various applications and of varying levels of complexity. UTC manufactures heavy-duty industrial equipment from corrosion-resistant, high-alloy, acid-resistant, and heat-resistant metals—including titanium, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 318, AISI 321, carbon steels, copper, and aluminum.

List of items:
UTC: High-tech equipment manufactured under license from global brands Maguin, Interis, and Promill
Since 2008, UTC has been part of a technology consortium involved in the implementation of projects for wastewater treatment plants, biogas complexes, and bioethanol plants, as well as technological solutions in the fields of sugar and alcohol production, bioconversion, drying, granulation, and energy conservation, and manufactures high-tech equipment under licenses from the Maguin, Interis, and Promill brands.
Installation:
UTC efficiently and promptly installs process equipment using its own installation crews, performs equipment wiring, and handles production automation as a whole.
UTC carefully oversees project implementation. The company’s CEO personally reviews the interim and final results.
UTC also serves as a subcontractor for the installation of process sections in the areas of raw material transportation and preparation, boiler equipment, equipment for bioethanol, alcohol, and biogas plants, VOCs, and the modernization of sugar production facilities.
Current projects:
Client: Cristal Union
Project start: July 2020
Country France
Power: 40 metric tons of water per hour
Manufacturing of the first stage and installation of a three-stage still for the Cristal Union bioethanol plant
A joint project, at the invitation of Promill (France), for the processing of distiller’s grains. The three-stage drying process is designed to evaporate 30–45 metric tons of water per hour and produce a uniform end product with a dry matter content of 90%.
Latest Project
Client: Teofipol Energy Company
Operation: May 2020
Country Ukraine
Power: 1.6 MW
1.6 MW Power Generation Line for the Teofipol Energy Company
The new heat generation line recovers heat from the exhaust gases of four cogeneration units and transfers the heat to six economizers using thermal oil.
Client: Bio Electrics
Operation: April 2020
Country Ukraine
Power: 500 m³/h
A raw material supply line has been installed at the Klembivska power station
The line shreds, collects and conveys maize crop residues to the boiler furnace. The output size of the shredded straw is 10–60 mm. A unique system of pneumatic conveyors divides the processed raw material into three separate streams.
Client: BIO Operations
Operation: july 2020
Country Kazakhstan
Power: 14 000 per day
Manufacture of equipment for a bioethanol plant
Magen licensed equipment for the stillage evaporation plant
and the ethanol purification plant.
2 workshops
20 equipment items
Client: Gnidavsky Sugar Factory
Operation: september 2018
Country Ukraine
Power: 7 000 tonnes per day
Installation of Babbini pomace presses
at the Gnidava Sugar Factory
Four beet pulp presses have been installed. The dry matter content at the inlet is 6 per cent; at the outlet, it is 24–28 per cent. The department’s capacity has been increased to 7,000 tonnes per day.
