Biogas plants
High-capacity reactors, 22 meters in height and diameter,
have a volume of 8,000 m³ and produce 1,350 m³ of biogas per hour. The payback period for this capacity is 3 years.
The green tariff rate has been increased to 136.3 EUR for 5 years. Guaranteed electricity sales offer unlimited prospects but create competition for raw materials.
Small biogas plants have no prospects for growth beyond their own waste supplies.
That is why, in biogas projects, we focus exclusively on results in the form of revenue and a strong market position.
The feedstock must be analyzed and tested to ensure that the preparation process facilitates consistently rapid fermentation and methanation. Blended feedstock requires more pre-project planning time but will provide greater flexibility.
We are building a biogas complex with cogeneration into electricity in 18 months. We are incorporating plans to scale up production by 2 to 4 times right from the start.
