Zero-waste manufacturing—the modern future

Biogas

Our customers currently produce 185,000 m³ of biogas per day.

Bioetanol

In 15 countries, it is legally required to be added to gasoline. We are building plants with a capacity of 10,000 dal/day.

Industrial wastewater

We remove 98% of contaminants and treat 10,000 m³ of wastewater

About us

The field of application for UTC technologies—a promising area of modern industry—is biotechnology and bioenergy in alcohol, methane, and aerobic fermentation processes.

Practical applications include bioethanol and ethanol plants, biogas plants, biological wastewater treatment facilities, organic product drying facilities, fuel pellet plants, and biomass-fired heating systems.

The wide range of functions offered by the integrating company enables the manufacturing enterprises established by UTC to achieve maximum cumulative, investment, and operational benefits.

 The mission

The company’s mission is to create comprehensive and efficient turnkey manufacturing businesses that operate with zero waste and serve as a benchmark for others in the sectors of drying, methanation, and wastewater treatment.

UTC transports its customers to another world of the 21st century.

These are technologies for environmental protection, zero-waste production, and the generation of energy and products from waste.
UTC provides effective technologies for transforming waste into unlimited resources and significant revenue.

Own Manufacturing Facilities

A modern manufacturing facility within the UTC structure—the Koziatyn Experimental Machine-Building Enterprise (KEMP)—was established to manufacture custom-designed process equipment.

Using Ukrainian equipment allows clients to reduce project implementation costs and accelerate their payback period.
Installing domestically manufactured equipment in biogas plants allows for a 10% bonus on the green tariff.

Key facts:

– More than 210 specialists.
– A 12,000 production facility.
– Possession of a certificate confirming that the quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 series of international standards.
– Licenses for the manufacture, installation, and repair of equipment.
– Modern production facilities equipped with state-of-the-art machinery: air-plasma and laser metal cutting machines, Fronius welding equipment, and more.
– UTC’s powerful production and technical division, which includes the following workshops:
– tooling;
– metalworking;
– woodworking;
– foundry.
KEMP’s activities are based on the creative work of a team of qualified specialists who have received the necessary training and have many years of experience implementing highly complex projects.
KEMP plays a key role in the effort to achieve results with minimal capital investment in every project.

The three pillars of sustainable development for facilities

1. The project is created entirely by a single, cohesive team, rather than simply being built or assembled.
Design, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning, and training—all key coordinating functions are carried out by the development division.
The integrated creation of the project by a single UTC team ensures the seamless operation of the future enterprise.
2. Only proven, modern global technologies are used, implemented as efficiently as possible by SAREH and OREH.
3. UTC strives to create not a mass-produced product, but rather a customized, innovative product characterized by engineering excellence, reliability, and ergonomics, with a performance margin of at least 20%.
