Automation
Multi-level complex automation solutions are the “brain” of an enterprise — they model, launch, and control technological and production processes with minimal employee involvement.
UTC uses innovative products and services together with intelligent monitoring, management, communication, and self-recovery technologies to:
- Effectively maintain and improve technological processes at all stages — monitoring of temperature, pressure, substance concentration, material and resource consumption
- Simplify the connection and operation of equipment and units of all sizes and modifications involved in the production process
- Manage and monitor the interaction of all units and equipment
- Provide the Customer with detailed information about the operation of the entire system with the ability to optimize equipment and raw material usage
- Manage data processing flows
- Significantly reduce the environmental impact of the entire power supply system
Automation of technological processes is a labor-intensive process that requires highly qualified specialists; it delivers rapid economic impact, expressed both in product quality and in the stable operation of the enterprise.
UTC applies a comprehensive approach to automation solutions:
- 1. Analysis of the automation object
- 2. Equipment selection
- 3. Development of project documentation
- 4. Installation of equipment and software
- 5. System commissioning
- 6. Personnel training
- 7. Support
UTC specialists implement multi-level automation solutions:
Highest level of automation
Operator control level, which includes computer monitoring and management systems for technological processes and equipment, including networks of single- and multi-monitor computer control systems, operator panels, displays, and indicators.
Middle level of automation
Technological process control level using programmable controllers of various computing capacities, which combine sensors, local single- and multi-channel regulators, and actuators into a single system.
Lower level of automation
Sensor and actuator level, which includes measuring instruments for technological parameters, position sensors, valves, pumps, frequency regulators, electric and pneumatic drives.
UTC’s complex solutions are used at food and oil refining industry enterprises — in a short time and with minimal costs, UTC implements APCS (Automated Process Control Systems) in accordance with project requirements.
