Investing in the Future: Collaboration with Berdychiv College

The CEO of the Ukrainian Technology Company (UTC), Yevhen Lukashevych, visited the Berdychiv College of Industry, Economics, and Law on a working visit. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce students and graduates to the prospects of bioenergy development in Ukraine and the opportunities for realizing professional potential in our company.

During the event, Yevhen Lukashevych gave a presentation titled: “Biomethane. Bioethanol. Design. Engineering. Construction.” He talked about modern approaches to biofuel production, trends in the development of this sector in Ukraine, and emphasized the important role of young professionals in achieving our country’s energy independence.

“Cooperating with educational institutions is an investment in the future. UTC aims to attract talented young people who are ready to get involved in developing green energy. Berdychiv Vocational College prepares highly skilled specialists, and we see great potential for collaboration,” emphasized Yevhen Lukashevych.

Following the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed, which includes organizing internships for students and supporting the employment of graduates. This is an important step towards developing mutually beneficial relationships between businesses and educational institutions.
As a symbol of partnership, the Ukrainian tech company gave the college a modern welding machine and work clothes for practical lessons, which will help students gain valuable skills in today’s conditions.
