UTC conducts analyses and audits of the implementation, restructuring, and energy efficiency improvements at agribusiness enterprises, ranging from simple recommendations to in-depth studies.
UTC provides conceptual design, preliminary design, and technical and economic feasibility studies for construction, which are key to analyzing the viability of projects.
Design work for industrial facilities, individual workshops, and production and utility buildings is carried out using a CAD system, which makes it possible to:
- Perform 3D modeling of objects
- Determine the effect of individual input parameters on the system as a whole
- Anticipate operational situations under various scenarios and their impact on the manufacturing process
Together with UTC’s clients:
- Conducts project reviews
- Handles the necessary regulations, licenses, and permits—up to 100 items
- Engages its own specialists to obtain bonus, preferential, and compensatory payments from government agencies
- Prepares the necessary documentation for external financing of projects by the EBRD, international banks, and Ukrainian banks
UTC’s technical reports and budget justification services are recognized by financial institutions as a reliable tool for analyzing potential investments.

A key feature of the EPCM project structure is that UTC acts in the best interests of and on behalf of the Client, providing reliable support throughout the entire project.
UTC may make commitments regarding performance, budget, and schedule in order to minimize the risks associated with construction and bringing the plant up to its design capacity.
