Installation
The installation of process equipment is the most critical stage in the construction of complex industrial facilities, requiring a high level of professionalism and expertise from the relevant personnel.
UTC performs a full range of equipment installation services directly at the site of operation, including:
- Complete assembly of equipment
- Installation in the operating position as specified in the design
- Preparing the equipment for commissioning
- Commissioning
UTC performs equipment relocation and installation work in compliance with all safety measures, drawing on many years of experience in carrying out such work.

UTC employs highly qualified installation crews consisting of fitters and welders who are capable of quickly and efficiently installing process equipment, utility systems (water, steam, fire protection, pneumatic, and other systems), steel structures, as well as grounding circuits, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, trench installations, and more.
The crew members are certified and hold all necessary authorizations. Our welders hold internationally recognized certifications and are proficient in manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, and semi-automatic welding.
UTC uses professional installation equipment and its own fleet of construction machinery (including lifting equipment), which meets the requirements of all stages of installation and dismantling work.
UTC provides demolition services:
- Dismantling of old equipment, followed by its relocation and installation at a new location
- removal of old equipment followed by its disposal
