Біоетанольний завод

There are no minor details—everything that matters to you matters to us: financial performance, technological advantages, equipment reliability, and payback period.
Fifteen years of accumulating ideas, opportunities, experience, and innovations: our journey in bioethanol began with the production of distillation equipment and the modernization of workshops at state-owned bioethanol plants. We know what not to do.

So we identified the market’s technology leaders and thoroughly studied global best practices. We combined the European vision for building private plants with Ukrainian realities.

You’ll consult with Maguin’s leading experts, because your technology will be highly practical. It will be 100% tailored to your production conditions. As a result, we’ll reduce the time required for commissioning and reaching full capacity to as little as 3 months.

Construction of a plant typically takes between 12 and 18 months. Our approach is based exclusively on customized design solutions.

We will design and manufacture 70% of the equipment to order, including Maguin-licensed equipment. The solutions will be compact and user-friendly, without compromising on quality. And the price will be significantly lower than importing from Europe. Of course, we will purchase “critical” equipment from industry leaders.

Design and Construction of a Bioethanol Plant at the Teofipol Sugar Factory

Sugar molasses will serve only as a supplementary feedstock in combination with grain or wet corn. The bioethanol plant is expected to process 300 metric tons of combined feedstock per day and serve as the final link in the synergy between the sugar, bioethanol, and biogas enterprises.

Power: 6,000 dal/day

Bioethanol Plant at the Gnidavsky Sugar Factory

The plant processes molasses and diffusion juice into 99.9% bioethanol. It produces 1,830,000 dal of bioethanol per year. Construction of the plant took 18 months. UTC also manufactures 80% of the equipment.

Delivery and Installation of Equipment for the Pannonia Bioethanol Plant

The complex converts a mixture of beet pulp and silage—200 metric tons per day—into electricity. Phase I: biogas production—1,350 m³/hour; electricity—3 MW; dry cake—40 metric tons per day. Following the launch of Phase I, the company will increase production to 5 MW of electricity per day by completing the construction of another industrial reactor.

What is included in a general contract:

Let’s start by conducting an audit of the existing production facility’s capabilities regarding the use of raw materials, products, waste, structures, equipment, and utilities to reduce the capital and operating costs of the future bioethanol division.

Opure will conduct pre-project testing of the raw materials. Based on the results, Magen will develop the technology, taking into account all possibilities for increasing product yield while maintaining a purity of 99.9% Et. Ukrainian expertise will help avoid common local pitfalls, as the plant is being designed by our own process engineers and project designers.

We handle the design review and all permits, licenses, and exemptions ourselves so as not to waste any time. Construction is carried out by our own team, with the option of bringing in subcontractors. We design and manufacture equipment in-house so that we can not only save money but also ensure the necessary specifications, know-how, and dimensions—factors that impact profitability, space efficiency, and ease of maintenance in the workshops.

We install the equipment entirely on our own and take full responsibility for the piping, cladding, and automation.

We commission the plant, train the staff, and bring it up to design capacity. Together, we correct minor errors and provide a 3-year warranty covering free replacement of all equipment.
