The modern solutions for the eco-friendly processing of agricultural raw materials at the Jean Monnet International Online School
On March 19, 2025, the annual Jean Monnet International Online School “Effective Eco-Management for Ukraine’s European Future” kicked off. An important part of the event was the presentation by the CEO of PJSC “Ukrainian Technology Company,” Yevhen Lukashevych.
In my presentation “Modern Solutions for Eco-Friendly Processing of Agricultural Raw Materials and Organic Waste in Ukraine: Potential and Prospects”Yevhen Lukashevych detailed:
– the latest bioenergy technologies that allow for efficient processing of agricultural waste;
– the possibilities of producing biofuels – bioethanol, biodiesel, biogas – as alternatives to traditional fossil fuels;
– the economic benefits and export potential of bioenergy technologies for Ukraine;
– the role of the ‘Ukrainian Technology Company’ in implementing innovative solutions and developing the biotech industry.
According to Yevhen Lukashevych, a comprehensive approach to processing agricultural waste can not only reduce negative environmental impacts but also become a powerful driver of economic growth. Ukraine has unique opportunities to create sustainable bioenergy clusters that can help replace imported energy sources and contribute to the country’s energy independence.
